利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、shirube-filer（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを入手・使用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
1. 使用許諾
本アプリは次の形態で提供され、利用条件は入手経路によって異なります。
- 公式ストアで販売される署名済みバイナリ（App Store / Microsoft Store 等）: 適用される各ストアの利用条件および本規約に従い、本アプリを業務利用を含めて使用する権利が付与されます。
- ソースコードおよびソースからのビルド（GitHub Releases で配布される開発版・参考バイナリを含む）: PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0 に基づき、非商用に限り利用できます。ソースの商用利用には別途許諾が必要です。

2. 禁止事項
利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する目的での使用
- ソースのライセンス（PolyForm Noncommercial）で許諾されていない商用利用・再配布
- 公式版と競合する有償ビルドの配布
- 本アプリを用いた第三者の権利侵害
3. 第三者サービス
本アプリは、利用者の設定により外部のクラウドストレージ等の第三者サービスと連携できます。これら第三者サービスの利用は各社の規約に従うものとし、利用者自身の責任で行ってください。第三者サービスの可用性・内容・データの取り扱いについて、開発者は責任を負いません。
4. データとバックアップ
本アプリはファイルの作成・移動・削除・圧縮等の操作を行います。重要なデータは事前にバックアップしてください。 操作の結果生じたデータの損失について、開発者は責任を負いません。
5. 無保証
本アプリは「現状有姿（AS IS）」で提供されます。開発者は、商品性、特定目的への適合性、非侵害性を含む明示または黙示のいかなる保証も行いません。本アプリが中断なく、またはエラーなく動作することを保証しません。
6. 責任の制限
適用される法令が許す最大限の範囲において、開発者は、本アプリの使用または使用不能から生じるいかなる直接的・間接的・付随的・特別・結果的損害（データの損失、逸失利益等を含む）についても責任を負いません。
7. 本規約の変更
開発者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに最終更新日とともに掲載され、掲載をもって効力を生じます。
8. 準拠法・裁判管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠し、これに従って解釈されます。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合、開発者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

Terms of Use (English)
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of shirube-filer (the “App”). By obtaining or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. License to use
The App is provided through the following channels, and the terms of use depend on how you obtain it:
- Signed binaries sold through official stores (App Store / Microsoft Store, etc.): subject to the applicable store terms and these Terms, you are granted the right to use the App, including for commercial/business purposes.
- The source code and builds made from it (including development or reference binaries distributed via GitHub Releases): available under PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0 for noncommercial use only. Commercial use of the source requires a separate license.

2. Prohibited conduct
When using the App, you must not:
- Use it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of public order and morals
- Make commercial use of, or redistribute, the source beyond what the source license (PolyForm Noncommercial) permits
- Distribute a paid build that competes with the official version
- Infringe the rights of third parties through the App
3. Third-party services
The App can integrate with external third-party services (such as cloud storage) when you configure them. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and is at your own responsibility. The developer is not responsible for the availability, content, or data handling of third-party services.
4. Data and backups
The App performs file operations such as create, move, delete, and compress. Please back up important data beforehand. The developer is not liable for any data loss resulting from such operations.
5. No warranty
The App is provided “AS IS.” The developer makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the App will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising out of the use or inability to use the App.
7. Changes to these Terms
The developer may revise these Terms as needed. Revised Terms are posted here with their last-updated date and take effect upon posting.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the developer’s location.
